Recently, we were entrusted with the task of constructing a pop-up store installation within the confines of Harbour City's Gateway Arcade in Hong Kong. This undertaking was steeped in challenges, setting the stage for us to demonstrate our expertise.

Our first hurdle to overcome was time. With the requirement of transforming initial design sketches to a fully operational pop-up store in just one evening, our ability to plan efficiently and systematically was truly put to the test.

Second was the sheer volume of components that required on-site assembly. From the primary structure of wood to a diverse range of advertising props such as acrylic installations, stickers, and light boxes, a blend of materials was skillfully manipulated. Our meticulous planning ensured that all parts fitted together perfectly, despite the potential complexity.

The client's high expectations added further intricacy. Every detail, from branding to fixtures, was to be scrutinized by shoppers. This exacting standard necessitated expert craftsmanship, which we provided, without sacrificing diligent attention to detail.
